When you fill out a form on our site — joining the waitlist, signing up for our newsletter, requesting enrollment info, or applying for a position — we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Parent / guardian name, email, and phone number
• Child's first name, age, and desired start date
• Care schedule preferences and any notes you share
• For job applicants: name, contact info, position interest, experience, and certifications

How we use it

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to your inquiry, schedule a tour, or follow up about availability
• Add you to our waitlist or newsletter if you've asked to be included
• Review job applications and reach out to candidates
• Improve how our site and forms work

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or third-party marketers.

Service providers we use

To run the site we use a few trusted services that may process information on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts our website and processes our form submissions.
• Calendly handles tour scheduling when you book a visit.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts our site uses.

If we later enable analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel), we will update this policy to reflect that.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for parents and guardians, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this site. Information about a child (first name, age, etc.) is collected only when a parent or guardian submits it on the child's behalf.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry and waitlist information only as long as needed to respond to you and serve your family. Newsletter sign-ups stay on our list until you unsubscribe. Job application materials are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to update or delete the information you've shared with us, or to remove you from our waitlist or newsletter. Just email kiddycaredaycare1@gmail.com or call (702) 444-5081 and we'll take care of it.

How we protect your information

We use industry-standard practices to keep your information safe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect what families share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted on our home page or by email if you've signed up for our newsletter.
